  This place doesn’t even pick up thier phone. Every time I go in there and go to a teller they tell me “you know you can do this at a machine and save my time” are you serious? what do you get paid to do? WORST bank ever. They have things put up in the bank about “best customer representatives”. Plus they only ever have 1-2 tellers open.

  The first broker almost cost us our house. She didn't do our file and ignored multiple emails and voicemails I ended up in the branch managers office at 7pm 48hrs before our financing was due resubmitting all the paperwork the first broker lost.

  I wish I could leave less than 1 star for the absolute worst banking mortgage experience we have ever recieved.

  No one ever answer their general branch line. I've never had such a bad experience. Once our term is up (we ported) we will leave CIBC immediately due to this branch and our awful experience.

  Tried to go there this morning couldn't get parking had to leave. Many spaces blocked with snow can't get in. Many people lined up out onto the road waiting to park. Truck the snow out so we can get in please

  We are still currently dealing with them over a month since our old house closed. Our lawyer has contacted them 3 times with paperwork we need signed and no one will respond. Completely unacceptable.

  Then we got switched to another broker. Once we closed on new house we were holding 2 mortgages as our other hasn't sold yet. Once we closed our old house I had to chase the lady for a MONTH to get simple information I ended up having to call head office to get it.

  This really is the worst branch. I have found since banking with cibc they do have fairly slow branches. However this branch is extremly slow. Only ever 2 people working front desk. And they work like snails. There is one lady that is very nice I think she is from the Philippines. The other staff are not warming and work slower then snails. Always understaffed. It shows in the reviews. What is even worst is they don’t care to correct it. They obviously don’t take pride in what they do.
