  Compared to the service customers older than myself are getting, a foot away where they are asked about their day, general customer service manners, I listen to them complain about their lunches and my presence feels like a nuisance. This is the general rundown every time I go to do my banking there, not one time of a person having a bad work day.

  I think nobody know how to pick phone in this branch. Calling from 30 minute nd its just saying that hold for one minute. Really poor service.

  THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! VERIFYING A BANK DRAFT SHOULD NOT REQUIRE WAITING HOURS FOR A MANAGER TO ANSWER HER VOICE MAILS!!!! INFURIATING!!!

  Great service and great staff love this branch and love they open till late some days so I can go after my work

  On every occasion, unless I have been served by a 20-30 year old age range of employee, I'm not greeted by the tellers, they don't say hello back or act friendly.
