  I have visited this location on 2 occasions, the first experience was absolutely terrible however last night I was willing to give this location another chance. Our server (the same as our previous visit) was substantially better on this occasion up until it came to paying for our bills. It should not have taken 15 minutes to pay for our bills when there were only 3 other tables being served. While 95% of our visit was 5-Star the remaining 5% was not. By not taking the 5-Star experience to completion our visit was ruined. I will not be visiting this location again.

  Great, fast & friendly service! My poutine was so good, made with wedge fries! My friend had the buffalo chicken wrap and looked amazing! Usually come here once a month! Great place!

  Tablets are always fun for the kids. Food was good. Great server. Unfortunately a few items we enjoyed are no longer available.

  My family and I visit this BWW location once every few weeks...some times great experiences, some times just okay...but today was absolutely awful. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all...but still lacked great service big time! My waitress was Carly who first didn’t bring our drinks until after our appetizer came out, and when she did brought me a ginger ale instead of the iced tea I ordered. Following that my traditional wings came out. I ate the wings first which seemed to be a little “gooey” (not the crispy ness that I’m used to), but when I bit into a drum stick I knew there was no way that chicken was cooked. I bit into one more and it was the same. Absolutely disgusting. I called the waitress over, who cut me off and immediately started saying “sometimes you get a red bone”. When I explained it had nothing to do with the bone she went to get a manager. I waited for about 5 mins before Jennifer came out immediately giving me this red bone story again. When I said Carly had put words in my mouth because I said nothing about a red bone, she said she would comp them and walked away. No offer to get me something else, no apologies...just absolute junk customer service. Time for some training peeps!!!!

  It is never a good thing when the salad is far better then the wings if your business is wings... The boneless wings were hard to eat. The store bought chicken nuggets I eat at home are far better. I left half of my wings on the plate. The wings were hard and dry... The best part was the sauce. Separate from the food the tv's were well positioned and the staff friendly.
