    I have had several haircuts at great clips most I'm happy with and they have satisfied my 1 and only complaint free gratis

    Non professional staff. Who is trained only to use clippers. Cant even or balance the cut

    Excellent service. I like their check in app. It is very handy to manage waiting time. They do most cuts for men, women and kids very well. My family and I have never been disappointed.

    My poor daughter. I brought her in last night and she received a very rushed cut that completely missed the mark. It was not a standard choice of hairstyle and perhaps the stylist wasn't up to date on more modern looks, but we will have to go get it fixed elsewhere. She was so excited that I finally let her have her cut of choice and it ended in disappointment.
