  Amazing Experience! I had been introduced to Joe outside of his shop and had a series of questions in regards to bikes and equipment as I have been seriously interested in the sport but have no knowledge of where to start and what to buy. He was very friendly, quick to answer all of my questions and invited me to meet with him at the store. After a short meet at his shop, more questions answered and a large amount of knowledge and suggestions expressed I was far more confident in what to do and where I wanted to be. I met with Joe today, he spent a solid amount of time with me making suggestions, fitting me for a bike, talking gear and extras that I might have interest in and assisted me to a great level that is not too common of a practice these days. The others at the shop were quick to chime in, answer questions and make suggestions which made me feel more confident in my decision to proceed with a purchase of a Kona bike from him and his team. He was very thorough in the process, was able to have his team perform setup of my newly purchased bike, performed an awesome walk around, advised me of maintenance procedures, care and cleaning procedures, what products to use and how to use them on the bike. I left there a short time after completely confident in my decision and will continue to do business with him, his team and that specific shop. I highly recommend them for any of your cycling needs and especially for the novice/first time riders to feel comfortable and not pressured. A complete all around amazing experience and I appreciated every bit of assistance.

  The shop doesnt know anything about bikes let alone how to work on them, I watched these guys destroy chains, try and say that parts on our bikes were broken and need to be replaced when they're not. They will tell you one thing is broken and say you need to replace everything when in reality you only need to replace a little thing. If I could rate this any lower I'd give it a 0. Worst bike shop in Barrie and almost any bmxer will tell you the same. If you want a bike shop that knows what they're doing go to black tooth grin

  I recently had the GURU bike fit done at Bikezone by Joe and cannot say enough good about the service and fit of my bike now. With the new found comfort in my bike and more power as well that comes with a proper fit, I will be able to stay in the saddle for long rides now. If anyone out there is having issues with discomfort on a new or old bike, go see Joe because through experience I can say it the best money I have spent yet in cycling. I have to throw a quick thanks to Terry in service as well because my bike has never shifted better after he gave it a once over. Best bike shop in Barrie for size, selection and service. Thanks Guys !!!

  I like to ride and I like to ride a lot. I have come to be very close with all of the staff at the Bike Zone in Barrie because they are both knowledgable and extremely friendly when I come in with my broken bikes, and always help me out when I'm looking to add to my collection. They will always take the time to discuss your needs and pair you with an appropriate bicycle. The selection they have is impeccable and they're pricing is exceptional. I frequently recommend my friends to go there when they're looking for great information and a great price whether they are looking to enter the sport or they are veteran riders. You can tell they are passionate about the industry and cycling due to their no pressure sales tactics. Talking bikes is their thing. When I break something their service guys are always helping back on the road quickly, and they really know their stuff. Great shop.
