  Friendly and very helpful service! I stopped in while out on a ride because my pedal had unthreaded and threads were slightly damaged. I was immediately helped and on my way again in a few minutes so I could finish my ride and I was not charged for the help even after offering to pay!

  Took my bike in for a tune up, they didn't call when it was ready, and I got it back with the wheel loose, and the shifter incorrectly installed. I thought I was saving time getting pros to fix it, ended up having to take it back and get another tech to fix it. Which they did correctly. I'd give them another chance, just double check that everything is actually ok before riding off.

  Hi bought my first road bike year ago. They sold me a bike much too small for my frame and size . As I was new to cycling I had no idea and could not understand why I was so slow and tired cycling. I took my bike to another professional bike fitter and found it was far to small ! Even with a refit and extended bike post and hightened handlebars its still slightly to small but feels much better and easier to ride. My issue is this shop sold me a $2000 plus bike that was far to small and terrible fit at the very start. The store then would not fully accept their initial fit was to small after i contacted them but suggested they would switch the frames if I liked with an older used frame. If you are looking to buy your first bike I would definitely not recommended this store!!
