    That night, at 8:30pm, Jan Sadlon called me back to express her discontent with me hanging up on her. She did not offer a solution to the broken 2017 Cadillac. Instead, she demanded my respect. This sort of egotistical communication should never have occurred, especially from the dealership's Service Manager and daughter of the dealership owner.

    Had an oil leak...so I called the service department. They got me in right away leak fixed and car ready in an hour and a half! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thanks Cheryl and Bob!

    I contacted Jan Sadlon, the Service Manager. I was informed that due to the unknown period of time it would take to repair my 2017 Cadillac, Paul Sadlon would not put me in a loaner. Instead, they arranged to place me in a rental vehicle - an older Chevrolet Tahoe that smells like an ash tray. Further, I was asked to put a down payment on the vehicle and carry it on my insurance for the duration I will be driving it. Obviously I was upset. In addition to paying for the rental fees I am also paying my monthly car payments and insurance for the the 2017 Cadillac that is unsafe to drive. Short of blowing a gasket, I hung up the telephone.

    My Cadillac experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. In October 2017 I bought a new Cadillac XT5. In four months it has been serviced three times for faulty speakers, a compromised parking brake, and a stressed transmission. On all occasions I have had to wait for extended periods of time because parts were not available.

    My latest vehicle problem occurred on February 12, 2018. I received a message on my dash indicating that "the transmission would stop shifting soon". Immediately, I took my vehicle in to be serviced. I was told that the required parts were out of stock and not being made. Further, I was told that it would be at least a month before I had my brand new car back on the road. No loaner vehicle was provided. Shannon the Service Consultant at the dealership told me to drive my unsafe vehicle home and park it in my garage. Of course, I refused.

    I wish I could rate Paul Sadlon Motors more then 5 stars! This is our 3 time purchasing a vehicle from them. Never once had an issue. My car salesman (Jodie) was more than kind enough to contact me on his days off. And also from home... always making sure I had everything that I needed. Also a huge appreciation to Angie for also helping me get the vehicle I wanted. Both these individuals were extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend Paul Sadlon Motors. Thank you guys so much!

    If you are considering a Cadillac, I would stay far away from this dealership. The Cadillac experience you dream of is actually a nightmare waiting to happen at Paul Sadlon Motors.

    The following morning, I opened a case with GM for the lack of service and professional care I encountered and to notify them of the broken 2017 Cadillac XT5. Two days later, GM followed up with me and reported they are waiting to hear back from Jan Sadlon. Later, I was told by the dealership that Jan's attendance is sporadic, and that they weren't sure when she would be in next. So, my case and the repair of my Cadillac is now waiting on an unreliable Service Manager. I followed up with the owner, Paul Sadlon, who told me that he wasn't going to do anything about it, and that I can come and pick up the Cadillac and deal with it on my own.

    Best waiting room when you're getting your oil changed. Massage chairs and charging cables and coffee. Miles above Jim Wilson. Jim Wilson is absolute garbage compared to Paul Sadlon. I am embarrassed to have ever been a Jim Wilson customer. PAUL SADLON 4 LIFE.

    Discovered this dealership on Instagram and was very impressed by their social media presence. As an avid Chevrolet owner I will definitely be coming here for my next purchase.
