  Now the Cons: Our insurance broker covered the deductible for our first collision, they sent the $500 payment directly to CARSTAR. When we went to pickup the vehicle, they refused to release the car until we also payed them the $500 deductible. We were only able to get the money back when our broker contacted them personally.

  Took my Mazda in a few weeks ago front end and back end damage. So happy with how great it looks! My car looks brand new. They went above and beyond what they had to do. Thanks again Trevor and all staff involved in fixing my car!

  I just attended the annual Santa meet-greet-hosted by the staff, and it was just fantastic, they took out all the stops! The staff were so friendly and accommodating to all the little ones and parents alike, it’s just amazing to see a local company doing something nice for the community.

  I have a new bmw 335i, it when In to get a new bumper put on and paint matched. Well they painted it the wrong colour. I’ve called so many times asking them to fix it and they kept telling me there playing with the old paint to find the right colour. It’s now been over 2 months and they still have not painted my bumper, or have called me on any progress. THIS IS A 0 star rating. Oh and on top of all this they would not let me leave without paying an extra 1700 dollars to release my vehicle, when the set price was 2300
