  The ad campaign "Test Drive a Lexus" worked on us! Alessandro was conscientious and thorough in orientating us to the vehicle before and after the purchase. Steve was also helpful when choosing winter tires and making sure our experience was a positive one. The dealership is a very comfortable place to spend some time. We are pleased with our Lexus of Barrie experience and heard positive comments from friends and acquaintances too!

The service was prompt and beyond-friendly, and we felt welcome and important from the second we stepped inside until the end of our second visit. Our representative was Monique Wery, and she made us feel truly comfortable and valued as customers during our visits. The team here doesn't push hard on extras or warranties, and seem very honest about options and prices. Multiple staff-members followed up after our purchase to insure we were happy and satisfied, as well as going out of their way to acquire specialty items for us after the sale. I would highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch service and friendly staff.
