  If their staff tell you items from Planet Kids (in the mall) can't be returned at this location, DON'T believe them. I got the run around and when I came back with a credit to purchase my items, that's when I found out I could have simply exchanged the items directly at this store... (provided they carry the same items, which was my case).

  Great place to shop well laid out and lots of selection. Prices are very reasonable and there is always a promo of some kind going on.

  Great place for budget and quality clothes. Even better for women as they have a lot of variety with that.

  Went in a week or so ago and staff were incredibly rude. They were talking about other staff members gossiping while ignoring the customers. Hardly anyone was actually working or friendly. I asked for help finding something and the guy rolled his eyes at me. I will not be returning.

  This is a great store, tons of selection and usually well organized. However, I went in on a Saturday evening before close, and they had the music off and as customers walked in a girl would yell from the cash to the front door that they were closing soon. I thought it was quite rude and it made me and other customers feel unwelcome. If you're going to go, don't go in the evening or you'll be yelled at!
