  Amazing people and amazing work! From the beginning, the Shock Doctor's costumer service impressed me. Very friendly and committed staff answered my questions in a timely manner and provided all the information I needed. Our technician, Chadwick, was also great! He came for a preliminary assessment, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Their staff took care of absolutely everything for us, we didn't have to worry about anything, because we could see our project was in good hands. Once the work was complete, we were so happy and so satisfied with their services. Our new electrical panel looks awesome, it's label properly and they even cleaned up everything afterwards. At the end, it looks like it was all done my magic, but it was all thanks to The Shock Doctor's awesome staff! Thanks for all your support! Highly recommend.

  It has been some time since I used the Shock Doctor's team, but it was a no brainer when I had more work to be done. I have known Terry's team through a summer camp several years ago and was impressed with the work done there and so used his team when I required work done at my cottage. The latest work performed was up to great standards and it was good to see Jonathan again. Lara, in the office, was great at responding to me and setting up a date for this work. Thanks everyone.   they send out a very informative newsletter and if i have an electrical question i can phone/email and get and answer quickly
