  Most of the time a lot of the stocks that I want to see and eventually buy is out of stock. I'd rather buy my things in the store as I want to hold them physically and look at it first before buying. I would suggest call the store first or check their website if they physically have the item you want to buy.

  For black Friday sale it was great had company rep from Google walk me through the purchase of a laptop for my disabled daughter. His help was invaluable and because of him I will now look at a Google cell phone shortly

  This location is a mixed bag. There are some good staff and selection here, so the store is not without some good qualities. I do still go there from time to time, particularly when I do not want to wait for something. Unfortunately there are some bad sides to the location as well and you have to learn what to stay away from. Geek Squad and protection plans are something you should avoid. I have had such frustration with them that despite being under their “protection” I went and picked up a different laptop at another store just because I could not keep going round and round with them without progress. It was a big waste of time. Another thing to avoid is Pre-Orders. I tried that once for a phone and a week after the release say they still do not have it, have not communicated with me and blame the carrier, despite the carrier having stock for that entire period. I ended up cancelling and buying direct to speed things up. They used to have a pretty good cell phone protection plan but they have downgraded it and you have to deal with third parties operating under the same name, which can slow things down. The Geek Squad in store cannot even set up a claim, you have to call in or use the portal. The people in store do not have enough product knowledge to tell you about it. Instead you get a simple “we do not do phones that plan must be for something else”. This can be confusing when being told this by someone standing under a large Geek Squad sign with your Geek Squad phone protection plan info in hand. Anyway stick with what they do well and avoid what they don’t and you will be fine.

  I had an amazing experience with Alex . I was excited about a gift for my nephew and the online reservation wasn’t working so I was worried and she reassured me and made sure that I was going to be the best aunt with my nephew getting what he wants. Amazing customer service Alex
