  I bought a $90 bouquet of flowers on the 12th of Feb. for the 15th, a very special day. Put the order in early so as to make sure that even with Valentines Day, they would have the flowers and there would be no issues. I didn't get a call by 4:30 so checked to see if there was a delivery and nothing. I called to see what the issue was and said to forget it, the day is over now. They said that they would credit us for the entire $90 and then not only did they not credit us, they lied that it was delivered and that they called to tell us that they ran out of flowers. What a joke. I am a business owner and I would never rip anyone off or lie about something. Just own it and do what you need to do to make it right. I will be sure to let all of my clients and family know NOT to get from these scammers.

  I have been buying flowers from flowers and pineworld for about 6 months now and had to put this posting after reading one of the negative reviews. This is the best local flower shop in Barrie. I am giving a 4 star and not a 5 star since it would be really great if the flower shop could add more tropical flowers to its inventory.

  February 15th was the 10 year anniversary of my young daughters passing. My friend asked if I’d be home in the morning to receive a delivery. Nothing came that day. Turns out Flowers and Pine World didn’t have the exact flower arrangement my friend chose, so they just opted to do nothing. They charged her card and did nothing. When my friend reached out to them they said they ran out due to Valentine’s Day. This is completely understandable, however, isn’t it someone’s job to follow up with the customer about ordering something else? They apparently offered to deliver something on the evening of the 15th...who gets flowers in the evening? An this is only when my friend reached out to them, they never called her. To add insult to injury I received a “how did you enjoy your gift” email. Wow. Barrie businesses are suffering horribly in the customer service department as of late. If you really want to thrive as a business, your customer service needs to be above and beyond. I have already told many local people about my experience and Flowers and Pine World’s lack of dillegence and responsibility to customers. Clearly you are in business to just make money and not facilitating in the original meaning and thoughtfulness behind giving flowers to lift a persons spirit. You’d think as a business you’d want to be the best at both.

  Beautiful flowers, great service and good prices. Best flowers in Barrie and free delivery! I've tried them all and keep coming back to Flowers and Pine World

  I've ordered flowers again and it was absolutely gorgeous. Great service and I'm very impressed with the fresh flowers and the way it was put together. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend them to anybody.

  *****Edited to add: my friend was supposed to be credited and never was. I never received anything and this “owner” is out and out lying. They NEVER called my friend, she called them to find out what the problem was. There was no other selection made, you need to refund my friend or you will be reported to the BBB. Own that you made a mistake and make it right, don’t lie about it...where is your integrity? This is ridiculous.
