  Review done prior to delivery but based on the sales experience, Deborah was fantastic. We had a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable and patient in getting us all the information we needed. The store is bright and the furniture is displayed nicely. Took advantage of the pre-Black Friday pricing and am happy with the pricing for quality furniture!

  Edited** The delivery process was VERY well organized and everything met or exceeded our expectations (they were actually early!! How often does that happen!!). Being able to GPS follow the truck was very convenient in helping plan our day.

  Walked around the store for 20 mins looking at sofa sets and not one sales person even said hi to me. At least 4 walked right past me and there were maybe 5 sitting at the desk looking at their computers. It’s a shame they lost a big sale I took elsewhere.

  This was the worst experience of my life. The worst customer service in the entire world. We bought a bed with a moving base, two weeks ago to be delivered today. This morning they show up with a mattress, Nothing but a mattress. Now when we asked for a refund they told us we have to pay 25% for the mattress that we didn't even want or keep. They refuse to give us the refund even though THEY messed up. I am now sleeping on my bedroom floor because I have no bed. I am very unimpressed. DON"T SHOP HERE!

  Our experience at Ashley Furniture could not have been more opposite. They were great! We were greeted with a smile, and given an opportunity to look and find something we liked. Without missing a beat someone was right there when we had a question, and we were given honest answers. The saleswoman we dealt with in particular, Natalie, was excellent. I think it's safe to safe a lot of the overall experience described above was thanks to her.

  The service is brutal. Delivered defective product, they were unable to resolve or replace the unit and their solution was to charge us a 25% restocking fee. Later they reduced it to 15% and thought we should appreciate the gesture. Such a joke! Please enjoy our $500, you will never see us again!
