  Be careful buying anything from this store. We bought a "brand new" over range microwave from them and when we got it home and opened it, it was missing the mounting kit (a very important part) and had no instructions or anything. When we called in to tell them it was missing we got the run around for over a month. They told us they were looking into it and would call us back and they never did. My husbanf had to eventually go in since they were dodging our calls and they told him "too bad!". We ended up having to order the part from another store which ended up costing us $80 on top of the cost of the microwave.

  Basically these people have no idea how to run an honest business and I would never give them my money again. Obviously their products have either fallen off the back of a truck or they are used. Buyer beware!
