  On vacation but not on vacation from training with Western Canadian Regional Championships almost here. Looked for a gym in Barrie that wasn't the typical box gym and came across this gem, Barrie Iron Gym. Super welcoming, helpful, friendly staff and lifters! Everything I needed and more.   I've been going to this gym for 7 months now. The owner is a friendly, down to earth guy. Total Fitness has been around for 10 years. All the customers are friendly and helpful, this gym has a great atmosphere, and an excellent array of equipment. They also have a heavy bag, a couple of punching dummys, and a top-bottom bag (not sure what they are called, it's attached to the ceiling and the floor, and is a small punching bag).
