Sadly I've had poor experience after poor experience here. The wood saw is rarely working and when it is, it doesn't produce reliable cuts. I live three minutes away, but I'd much rather go to Home Depot where I get consistently good service, and great prices.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They took us right to what we were looking for and answered all our questions. Also found out Lowe's price matches. Showed them the competitors ad on an item and they said no problem. Definitely will be going back.

We had a very unsatisfying experience with Lowe's, and I am turned away from dealing with them in any major appliances. They offered us another machine if we wanted to spend more money, but would have to wait another 4 days...and that was if it wasn't damaged upon arrival. I wasn't chancing it. With my luck, it'd show up damaged, and I'd be another week without a washer and back to where I am. Be very leary of the delivery service. It's not worth it. You could be waiting months for a product that shows up undamaged. And no one seems care to do anything about it.

Mostly employees are pleasant and helpful. Older woman at customer service is rude and has major attitude. I was returning a carpet cleaner rental to the store and went to the counter marked "returns". She was rude and nasty and informing me I was at the wrong counter ... when I said it was labelled "returns". She advised me "she" wirg nasty attitude was telling me I was in wrong spot. She grabbed the rental book and slammed it on the counter. Major temper problem....will never rent a carpet cleaner there again. Will continue to shop other parts of store where nice employees work.

They weren't really looking to solve the problem or to help us in anyway for our troubles. They expected us to pay more for another machine we really weren't too Interested, and not keep the original deal. As previously mentioned, they wanted us to pay for delivery we didn't even want. We were happy to pick it up ourselves....

Our washer had died...we were a week without a washer, prior to going into Lowe's. February 14th we went in to grab the "deal" (buy the washer and get the dryer at 50% off). This was the last day for this deal. We had a gentleman help us in figuring out what we were after for the most part. Turns out they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't be able to get it for a while. We obviously couldn't wait 3-6 weeks. Buddy went to another lady and they chatted, and it turned out they had one in stock, but it was out of box. We were fine with that after looking at it and determined there was nothing wrong with it. We left the store, and were told we'd have the machine in a couple days time. Delivery day came, we moved furniture got rid of the old set. The guys delivering it were miserable. Miserable when they learned they would have to lug the machine up 6 stairs to my deck where my front door is located. They used the icy weather as part of the reasoning for not being able to wheel it up and that they were in a time crunch and could not wait 5 minutes for us to put down more salt to help with the melting. They said they would not come back later that day either, and didn't want to deal with it. In short, we called in and complained. Got a new delivery date. That was this morning. These delivery guys show up. New ones. (We refused to let the others come back after they were seriously rude). The new ones were pleasant to deal with, but once they opened the truck we could see the wrap was badly damaged, and that they washer had a ton of scratches, and denting. As desperate for a washer as we are, we aren't spending ridiculous amounts of money for a very badly damaged product. I understand that things happen. So we were forced to not accept the machine and were still without. We made another phone call in, and were told they'd look into it. Later today, they call back, say sorry, come in and we can see what we can do. Dreading going in to spend more hours of my time seemed miserable, but in we went (with 2 small children in tow). We get in, the guy we were personally dealing with apologizes and asks if we would like to pick a new machine. So we look around, kinda bummed we weren't able to get what we want. In figuring this out, we learn that we will no longer receive the deal we had, and the "free delivery" was no longer an option. Now we are "forced" to pay for delivery we really don't want. Why pay for the delivery when every time it shows up it's damaged. No thanks!
