  I came to Jeff Walters Jewelry because I could not get anyone else to engrave my wife's new ring. Everyone said it was impossible because of the area available for the engraving. Well i was greeted by a gloriously helpful woman named Yvonne. She said of course it could be done. I was relieved. One week later I had the ring back engraved and ready to give to my wife for out 25th Wedding Anniversary. Excellent and thanks you Yvonne. While I was there on the second visit I asked about fixing my wedding ring. The diamond(s) had fallen out in the past I wanted to get it fixed. Yvonne then introduced my to Jeff, a very charismatic and confident individual. I was very happy that I was talking to the jeweler and was able to explain exactly what I wanted the ring to look like after the reconstruction. Jeff was excited about the change and suggested even further improvements which were impressive and after several back and forth discussions we agreed on price and design. Never was Jeff too busy to talk to me about the ring. This made me feel very relaxed and confident in Jeff's ability to deliver. Exactly on the day promised the ring was ready. It was phenomenal. More than I expected and under the price agreed to. Wow Jeff Excellent. I also want to address some of the negative comments I have read about Jeff Walters Jewelers. I may understand a customer having issue with a design which I know would be corrected but I do have issue with attacks Jeff and staff character. Jeff's character is his own, which I happen to embrace and although it may not be agreeable to you, his passion and jewelry talents are top drawer. Ultimately if the ring is done on time, as requested and on budget there should be no complaints. Jeff, thanks to you and your team. I had a fantastic experience!   Jeff try to convince me to buy some IMPERFECT DIAMONS why 2would anyone want those, I could tell right away cause they had pieces of dirt inside them. If you want to go cheap why not just buy crystal.

  When the ring showed up I went to pick it up, it as a BIG SCRATCH on the side of it. The sell man told me my wife would never know when I give it to her cause she would be to exited about it and that she would end up scratching it some day anyway. So I as him where was his car parked so I can go key the side of it and that he shouldn't care cause he probably would end up scratching it one day anyway. Anyway he end up sending it out for repair which took a other few day to come back perfect.
