    * Sadly, it was my experience that this "renowned" personal injury law firm took the "personal" out of personal injury. When it came to client relations Oatley Vigmond earns but a "one star" rating. You know that as a client/person, you are not important when law clerks fail to return calls, necessitating multiple duplicate calls over the years. Sadly, Oatley Vigmond lacked the professional etiquette in communication, respect, kindness and care for their client.

    Roger Oatley and Robert Durante took over my young son's case when a conflict of interest arose in a merger of legal firms. I was the litigation guardian for my son who was catatrophically injured as a toddler. I found the legal acumen of the firm to be satisfactory and the settlement to be fair.
