  I have now settled into my new home, moving from Newmarket to Kingston in late July and I have to say, it was such a pleasure having Ray and his team be a part of it. The skills and care they showed during the loading and unloading were exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They placed everything exactly where I wanted and re-assembled anything necessary with no hitches. Thanks to all of you at AMJ for the very professional service given me from start to finish, and for helping make my move easy.

  Just had my house moved within Barrie, AMJ Campbell made my move day much more simple that I thought moving was. Everything was done professionally and quick. Super happy with the results! Great job AMJ!

  I decided to hire AMJ Campbell for my residential out of town move. I went against what I normally do and hoped to have a stress free, calm and pleasant day. When the 4 man crew arrived to my home to get started already instaneously the driver started speaking his mind on how he was unhappy with the price the company accepted this job. That was very disturbing right off the bat to hear from the crew that was moving my entire home with alot of valuable things! I'm paying big $$ gave them the business over all competitors and they had a horrible attitude. They were rushing the entire move, clumsy, disorganized etc. One of the movers damaged and broke my $4000 Tv because of rushing and not being extra careful when he approached it. Furthermore I paid for entire services including all disassembling and assembling at my new home. They refused to disassemble our desk and made my wife and her sister try to figure out. As well they made us hang all of our clothes in their made boxes! I provided them lunch to be nice and it seemed very unappreciated I'm not sure why I did That. Later on near the end of the loading they damaged my basement staircase and tyres to cover it up but I saw. They were having problems squeezing the sofa through that area. When it was time to go to my new home i just mentioned to the driver hope that we have the keys when we arrive there. He just reacted very rudely saying if we have to wait we are charging you. I told him my invoice is for 12 hours why would you charge me as we were only at 6 hours still. He then said to me I'm going home bye...suggesting he's the boss as he has all my home belongings in his truck. I told him there won't be a wait because we are getting the key super early. When we arrived to new home they super rushed everything into the house and placed boxes everywhere to finish as quickly as possible. At the end of day on the invoice the mover tried charging more but I communicated and showed him that I gave a $200 deposit. Also they finished the entire job in 12 hours but charged me 13 hours. Furthermore, my MasterCard was charged more then the amount It should of been. Yes it is correct. My moving day was the worst day ever with this company. If I had the chance to do it over I would of done it differently. Also I called the company many times left messages for certain individuals but no one returned my call. I guess no one cares. My wife and I have alot of friends some of who may need moving services in the near future and no way would I ever recommend AMJ Campbell to anyone!! I paid good money for horrible service, bad attitude, damaged appliances and so on. If you consider to hire these guys you are making the biggest mistake of your life, you cannot change whatever happens with your move! I should of hired a much more professional company instead of these boys.

  The crew who came and moved us did a great job and if not for the support staff would be getting a five star rating. Kevin Gray estimated the job and sent a truck which could not accomodate all our belongings. When I called the dispatcher he very politely told me I was SOL! As a result my wife and I took as much as we could in our vehicles and my son filled his pickup truck, despite this I was forced to store belongings in a neighbors garage till the next day. Our move was from Keswick to Trenton which is a 2.5 hour drive so another trip was no small chore. I requested the crew have Kevin contact me and I followed up with an email to discuss compensation for my trouble, Mr Gray is lacking the common decency to even reply to me. I realize stuff happens every day but honourable people own up to their errors not hide from them. Based on this I would not recommend AMJ Barrie

  Great move! Was nervous due to it being a winter move but Bruce & his crew did such an amazing job. Would defiantly recommend AMJ Campbell Barrie
