  We mentioned the flies to our server and requested to be moved to another table. The server was aware of the issue and said that the flies have been a problem and moved us one booth down. The flies seemed to follow us (or maybe the food) as we finished our meal.

  We had a great lunch - the kale salad is the best! Hostess very nice, our server was very good and the manager came over to chat with us and to see if everything was good

  We did not get any plates for the food we were sharing. We had to ask several times for cutlery, since the staff thinks we don't need a fork, spoon, knife nor napkins with our food.

  We went to Moxie's wth some friends for dinner. We were seated in a booth near the back of the restaurant. We ordered some drinks and appetizers and when the appetizers arrived we noticed some flies coming around. When we looked around, we noticed the back wall was covered in little black flies.

  Staff are the issue. 3 people clearing table when the hostess sat me...nobody came to serve or take my order. it was beneath the staff to serve me...got up and left only then did the hostess even care

  This is not the first time we received these AWFUL SERVICE at Moxie's, we are never returning there.

  We used to frequent this Moxie's as we liked the atmosphere, food and drinks. This experience will make us hesitant to return.

  I really don't know how to start this review. We went in there to grab something to eat the initial contact was very friendly, we were asked about four times if we would like to place a order in a span of 10 minutes, we placed our drinks I had some wine my spouse had a cocktail like drink and while she was pouring the wine she spilled it twice under the table, she did not clean it up once we were ready to place our order it took about another 6 to 7 minutes till somebody showed up. However the restaurant was not that busy occupancy maybe 10%, I ordered the honey garlic steak medium the menu says seasonal vegetables just pointing out its plural, and I also chose to have the potato that's filled with cream smashed potatoes. My wife chose a chicken alfredo style pasta. The one that I was served the Shiraz you can see it in the picture the only Shiraz that comes in a glass and not available in any other form didn't taste so good. My smashed potato felt like it came from a microwave. Are appetizer the bruschetta was good but you could tell it was pre prepped as well it wasn't freshly-made. While we were eating we got approached three times by the waitress and I would assume the store manager how everything is, as you can tell I was just laughing and telling them everything is okay but it wasn't. My steak came with one huge chunk of a broccoli and they call it seasonal vegetables I would call that one piece of broccoli in the menu I would right so so customers would understand that you're not getting vegetables and broccoli is definitely not seasonal. I ate only two thirds of my plate and I must admit that my steak did not come medium it came medium rare as you can see in the picture, wife's food tasted way better than mine. I did initially also made a remark to the waitress that the broccoli is not plural and it's just one piece trunk of a veggie sitting at the side of my dish she said that's all we get. Scouring the entire experience at this location service 5 out of 10 food steak if you're going to have some I give it a 2 out of 10 location design and comfort a seven and a half out of 10. Recommendations in regards going there if you think that you want to eat premium there are better locations out there but I would not choose this location for premium food it's more average food for premium money.
