  To see what I wanted. He offered tricks and a way to put a shower and toilet for half the price of what others were quoting. He could see I was on a small budget and Still wanted to work with me. You can tell immediately this gentlemen is skilled and honest. He just finished installing the shower and toilet last night which look amazing. He was Super funny and exciting to be around. You could tell he took pride in what he was doing. It’s almost 2018 and good workmanship with pride is soon to be obsolete so im so grateful to have had Kim save the day and finally let my wife and I have our own space. THANK YOU KIM.

  I Wanted to put a toilet and shower in our basement for my brother who lives with us to give my wife and I our own space. I didn’t want anything fancy simply just something adequate. Most plumbers were quoting $5000.00+. None of them would even care what I want only what they wanted to do. I called beaney plumbing and Kim got back to me and came out

  Had Kim and his co-worker Gordon in for two jobs. First job, to run some new water pipes through the walls to a kitchen in the basement. The original contractor had incorrectly installed the water pipes on the outside on the interior wall, on the wrong side of the plastic. A kitchen was then added making it impossible to get to these pipes. Problem was that the pipes would freeze. Luckily, they hadn't cracked yet. Thought there would be no way to run additional pipes except along the floor in front of the cupboard kick plate. Much to my surprise Kim was able to run new pipes inside the back of the cupboards and behind a dishwasher. Completely out of sight. A task that I thought was impossible!!

  Had Mr. Rooter in initially. They were very overpriced and their estimate was very expensive, more than double what I ended up paying Beaney Plumbing. Their technician didn't even take the time necessary to fully examine the situation.

  Second job, gut a basement bathroom that had a slow leak under the toilet and had been leaking for years. Oddly enough, same contractor who incorrectly installed the pipes in the kitchen did this job as well. Am seeing a pattern here!!! Bathroom floor had to be completely removed down to the cement, a new floor base installed, some drywall replaced, new flooring installed, all new trim, the vanity and new toilet installed. All the garbage, including the toilet and rotten flooring was removed and they cleaned up after themselves. These gentlemen did it in a day and a half for about half of what the big boys charge. They tended to a number of other smaller issues throughout the house and did not charge for those extra services. They were punctual, polite, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I was thrilled with the jobs that they did and would hire them again.
