  Great experience spanning a few years. We hired The Faris Team back in 2013. I wanted to work with a realtor that would know the area and could provide options and good service. From the start Sheila (our assigned realtor) and her team were quick answering all our questions and getting back to us quickly when research was needed. We wanted put our house for sale last summer because we wanted to upgrade into a new home. As soon as we contacted The Faris Team again, we quickly noticed how fast all the marketing and experience kicked in. We were, at all points, provided with options and scenarios for our sell/buy plan. Sheila was instrumental in this whole process. This month, The Faris Team sold our house and they also helped us find a new home that satisfied all our requirements. Our experience was very positive because all our expectations were met and, our realtor was always working hard for us!

  Ania came in and sold our home before it could even hit realtor.ca. She went well above and beyond especially when we had issues with the sellers not moving out of the home we had purchased. She handled a tough situation with grace and cool. We can’t recommend them enough.
