  They will lie, steal and withhold information to make a sale. If you are selling with them they will do everything to lower your asking price while pumping up the things YOU will do to the home that you have no intentio of doing. Then the buyers will sue you for not finishing the things they claimed you would. These guys are crooks! Stay away from them.

  We listed and sold our house with Guy in May 2014. Guy had multiple buyers interested in our home prior to it being actually listed.
