  Andrea from Peggy Hill made us have a great experience with our first time teaming up with real state, selling and purchasing our home. She was very nice, patient and deticated to helping us with meeting our criteria to get our dream home. To sell our house she provided a booklet with pictures of every room, staged our house with her team to make the house look homey. Whenever we had any concerns, questions or comments she was always there to help. I would recommend her with the Peggy hill team.

  First we want to thank Kristina and the entire Peggy Hill team! As first time sellers, my husband and I had no idea what went into the selling process. Thank goodness we chose the Peggy Hill team. They truly are a full service agency, everything from the amazing Alicia who helped us stage our home to marketing, print materials, social media posts, photography, video, open houses, the list goes on. We had constant communication and feedback. Our agent, Kristina had so much patience with us, not only did we sell our house quickly but we managed to find the absolute perfect house for us. Kristina worked tirelessly to get us everything we wanted and needed. I could not imagine having anyone else help us sell and buy our house. There is not a better or more knowledgeable real estate team! Highly, highly recommend them!

  Incredibly responsive and customer focused service. More than treating us like “clients “ we truly felt like friends with our agent. Skye has a no pressure attitude coupled with a genuine love for what she does; matching people with THEIR ideal home, not pushing her own agenda. In a crazy market like this it’s nice to know someone is truly concerned about understanding your needs and what is best for you long term. The Peggy Hill team was also great at keeping us updated and in the loop on all transactions, we never felt left in the dark. It doesn’t hurt that Skye sold our house in 5 days for 100% asking price!!!! I wish everyone cared as much about their clients in business,

  Best decision we ever made. Totally surpassed our expectations. Not only was Dina and the team professional, they took their job personally and Dina kept in touch and was available any time of day or evening. We have used other Real Estate companies in the past and none of them came close to the Peggy Hill team and Dina in particular. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. We had showings almost everyday and sold our house the first week we listed.

  Jason Stewart and his team have been nothing short of wonderful. From the first conversation to the signing of the paper work he was there for us every step of the way. In a world where time is so incredibly valuable I was extremely impressed that Jason worked around our schedule and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were addressed. Over the past couple of months I have dealt with a few different real estate agents from different companies who in all fairness did a good job however Jason was a stand out! Great job, and I would encourage anyone looking for an agent that will deliver nothing but results to give Jason Stewart a call.
