  Treated HORRIBLY this evening from store "Manager" Joanna. This lady sold me a pair of sandals the day prior & assured me that if I was unhappy once I was home I could bring them back for a *full refund* as long as the shoes were *not worn outdoors*. I tried the shoes on at home in my dining room for less then a few minutes & decided to return them this evening (the next day). When she glanced at the shoes she declared they were worn outside & therefore will not being refunding me -a store credit only. I asked her to look again at the shoes- there was only a slight dust on them (which was from walking in them in the store before I bought them), she then raised her voice to me stating they now cant be resold because of their current condition! The condition is exactly as I had bought them 48 hours ago. I then asked her to examine them closely saying she must be able to see there are zero marks on the bottom of the shoes- zero evidence of rocks or markings of being worn whatsoever- she disagreed yet refused to show me where they were damaged. I then asked for a General Manager, she raised her voice again holding her tag in my face and stating she is the G.M. I said "listen either you are blind or not telling the truth about these shoes".. she then yells "Oh now you're insulting me calling me blind and a liar?!".. she yells in a speaker mic attached to her shirt what "just happened to her" to the staff across the store then says "I have witnesses right?! She just insulted me 3x!" In shock she was behaving like this I remind her then that she was yelling at me and now yelling across the store to the staff and all of her customers?! Her response was "Thats right!!" I then said "what is wrong with you, how can you be a Manager?!" She yells louder- "OH now thats FOUR insults from you! Listen lady take these shoes and refund them elsewhere, I'm not helping you- now get out of my store!!" Many staff then come up awkwardly listening and trying to serve other nervous and anxious customers who had overheard- despite this she continues to talk about it in front of everyone around us. I explain to her that I do not wish to go anywhere else, this is where I bought them and I had to drive an hour to get here and back. Oddly She then sliently refunds the shoes out of no where and it stays silent for about a minute. After the transactions done I ask for her boss's name, write it on the receipt and silently leave the store with my son. As my son and I are walking up to our vehicle in the parking lot she comes out of the doors to the side walk and points to us.. I see this and think maybe she wanted me to sign something or give her details for the refund as is sometimes required ( I walked away immediately after the refund was successful and thought maybe didn't give her a chance to ask me for it).. so I walk back into the store and say "you just followed me out to the parking lot and pointed, is there something else you need from me?" She then YELLS: DO I NEED TO CALL THE POLICE, THIS IS HARASSMENT, GET OUT OF THIS STORE IMMEDIATELY & keeps YELLING"!! I had NO chance to explain- I think I called her crazy at that point but I was so upset I don't even recall. I was utterly APPALLED- I could hardly drive home I was so so upset and WORSE was trying to calm my son and explain what had just happened and why (there is no answer to why as this should have NEVER happened- no one deserves this treatment). This was disgusting behaviour, this store should be ashamed and this employee Joanna should be fired immediately. I will NEVER return to this store say the least.

  I only go here now to get my shoes! The girls are always so nice and the deals are great. I walk out of here with 2 pairs of shoes minimum each time

  Dislike shoe shopping mostly but had a good experience, helpful staff, good sales too!
