  The consultant was very friendly, and so knowledgeable, she was able to help me sort out what was really need for my skin type vs generic packages. They customized it to what I needed, how awesome is that, customized treatment plans! Great options of services they provide as well!

  Being a business owner myself, I know what is expected in regards to quality service. Jaqueline and her team are amazing. My mom suffers from Totalist Aleopica, so I got her microblading services. Jaqueline made it very welcoming and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend New Body Barrie.

  ***Update - After reading the response below, I will clarify that I did assume it was the owner I was speaking to when she called me, so I will say instead that the woman you have working for you whom I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. I would like to inform the owner on what really happened. I wish I had taped her snarky way of letting me know that I had already visited this spa in the past. She did let me know I could give my Groupon to a friend or family member but let me clarify, when I thought I needed to call back and cancel my upcoming appt., she said “Ooh I already did!” I have tried several spas over the years and have never had an issue and so when my husband purchases a Groupon for me, how is he suppose to know if I have already tried this spa once before?

  Beautiful and clean spa! Super friendly staff! I took classes on microblading with Jacqueline and she was very thorough and insightful with training. She made sure to answer all my questions and gave great advice! The small classes made it easier to learn and get feedback on how I was doing. I feel very confident after training with her and definitely recommend New Body Medspa's school to anyone looking into learning the trade!

  They also have training classes for those that are looking into expanding your knowledge, how cool is that. Clearly I’m excited to try more of what they have to offer

  Equipment was state of the art as I checked other places and they had the best to offer! Why trust anything else when dealing with your skin. I am beyond happy I signed up and definitely looking forward to trying other treatments. I highly recommend this Medical Clinic, way better than the ones in Toronto and so worth the drive if you are outta town.
