  I can't possibly tell you how wonderful the staff at Jump Plus Barrie are. My computer died and as a graphic designer this is SUPER stressful - the staff were amazing! They helped me with the situation, explained the issues and helped me migrate my files to a new computer. I was back up and running in no time at all! As a bonus, I have had questions and needs for documentation after the purchase and the staff is happy, helpful and just wonderful to deal with - I'm telling you they are AWESOME!

  I had a problem with the IPhone I purchased from Jump Plus. I have "Apple Care" and the phone is still under warranty. The issue is the phone shows 2 cell bars maximum at all times. This compares to my wife's iPhone on the same network & plan who will have 5 cell bars sitting next to my phone. They "trouble shot" the phone and admitted the problem but would not fix it or replace it under warranty saying "the phone has no coverage". One call to Apple & they are looking after it. Don't fool yourself this is not the same at dealing directly with Apple & they are not the same as a Apple Store - nor are they a decent option. The manager is also very rude and abrupt.

  I went in to this location with a trouble shooting issue and the girl who helped me (Shak) was patient, friendly, efficient she went over and above to get my issue resolved! She’s the best, I would recommend her to anyone :)
