    Packages always get delivered to the WRONG DOOR had to have same package sent 3 times cuz someone stole it, not a happy camper about this thats for sure

    Under new management and it shows! Very friendly and helpful service. Went above and beyond in helping with photo copying and sorting. Another time directed me to Canada Post instead with no hesitation.

    Best courier service in Canada, always makes the effort to deliver on time, and to the door. Others use the excuse that they tried to make delivery and no one home. UPS has never missed the delivery to our door.
