  My experience here was stellar.The staff are friendly, and Dr. Julie is amazing. She was wonderfully gentle with my guinea pig, and was great at explaining what was going on. This is the place to go for compassionate and excellent care for your pet!

  I am definitely going to be finding a new vet. They were a little too rough with my bunny which upset me, but what really made me upset was the fact we called in on saturday at 12:30 asking if someone could take a look at our 8 week old chinchilla as O Sullivans did their best but they didnt know much about them. We were immediately told no and to wait until our appointment on Monday.. well unfortunately the appointment never came as he passed that night. When I called to cancel my appointment.. i explained why and i got "oh. Im sorry. Have a good day"

  I understand they were closing in half an hour. But we could have been looked at in that time.. and maybe could have had one more night with our pet.

  Amazing staff. I had a different vet closer to my house. But went there for my lizard and switched the rest of my pets. Very kind and just simply amazing!
