  We were looking for a semi recumbent trike for my husband who lost mobility on one side after a stroke. We could not find one to test drive and multiple bike shops were only interested in a firm order. Morgan at Bikeland worked with us to assess whether he could get on a bike and keep his foot on the peddle. He recommended a model and we ordered knowing we would only have to pay a small restocking fee if it did not work. He loves it. and Morgan has offered to improve or change things as needed. Thank you so much Bikeland. This is not just a great exercise for him it is a huge motivation. If I knew how,I would post a photo or video to this site. And we are happy to let anyone test our trike.

  Took my 30 year old Fiori wheelset in to there techs and they did an excellent job on truing and servicing my wheels. Good selection of cycling clothing which not many shops offer anymore.

  Exceptional repair service that will get you rolling again in no time and for a fair, transparent price. So many great options for buying a new bike and you can look at their company catalogues as well. Definitely one of the best bike shops in Canada!

  I was there to buy a new bicycle, but no one came to help, walked out after 10 minutes of looking through bikes. Bikes are also over priced. Im a bike enthusiast, but I'll never go back there.

  Tad over-priced, ended up seeing my exact bike for 35% less at another store with upgraded gearing and seat. After they did their initial "setup" of several hours I was given a bike with handle bars so loose when pressure was applied they flipped right over, a loose seat so much so you couldn't ride on it, and misaligned derailer.
