  I go to Georgian College in the Barrie my friend from school recommend me this dealership I purchase a 2013 Volkswagen Passat Diesel very nice car much room for friends and good fuel milage they help me so much made me feel like his bro, I will come back and buy more when I have to from SM auto sales good thing they finance international students thanks again love my car good service thanks to employees and manager for 2 year warranty

  The license plates took at least 1.5 hours to install and scratched the trunk and broke screws off making my responsibility to have this corrected. This has not been a good experience purchasing a vehicle. I feel that this was perhaps their first time selling a car. Not knowledgeable in the process and how to treat customers. Hoping no one else has to go through what I had to go through

  One of the best dealership experiences I have had. This was my first time purchasing a Mercedes vehicle, so I was a little nervous of the atmosphere going in. However everyone at the dealership was very kind, courteous and helpful. I especially recommend Abdul my sales representative. He had the vehicle inspected at Mercedes Benz Barrie for me, He was very knowledgeable of the brand, did not rush the sale like most dealerships, and was readily available every step of the way. I am already excited for the next time I am in the market for a new car! I am loving my 2014 G63 AMG, thanks again SM AUTO

  The issues with these guys just continues when I took the car in to have issues fixed I had the VW dealer recheck the safety they told me there were issues that had to be repaired and it should not have passed cost me 200$ and change I sent the bill twice and have not got any thing from SM auto. Funny thing about there other reviews some of the names come up on my cars phone directory guess your friends will send any thing you ask them to. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay away from this organization they are all the bad thing you hear about used car people

  I don't know who these other people were that were posting all these glowing reviews because my experience was far from glowing. I had nothing but problems with their customer servicemen. He seemed to have no idea of the process in selling a car. He told me things that weren't true about the car, tried to charge me for things again that were previously included in the original sale of the car, and kept asking for these payments in cash. I waited 10 days for the car, was told it was taken to VW dealership for recall. It was not taken to the dealership and there was no recall on the car. And the engine service light is on. Which now I have to deal with myself at the VW dealership. I regret buying the car from them and should've dealt with a more reputable organization.
