  Was getting my car detailed. Bought the best package. Almost 400$. When I got the car back there was still dirt all over and I could wipe it off with my finger. When I went back the guy gave me attitude and insisted he wiped all of it and the stuff wouldn't come off. Then when I got it back the second time there was still dirt on it. I have since washed it myself and got all the dirt they insisted would not come off to come off. They did a terrible job. It was the biggest waste of money I have ever made. Will never go back. And if you don't like throwing away money you shouldn't either.

  We sent two cars in for a post winter detailing in April. When I got my car back, after spending over $200 on it, the tint on 3 of the 4 door windows was scratched. I went back to show them and was told it was the door mechanism that did it. The scratches are not vertical, straight up and down, which could potentially have been caused by a mechanism in the door. They are curved and in different places on the windows. Some are at the bottom, some in the middle and at the edges. Some bigger and some smaller. They are look to me a wiping pattern from someone cleaning the window. The tint was factory applied when I purchased the car in Dec, not even 4 month before. After explaining to the gentleman that the lines were not synonymous with that of a scratch from the door mechanism he told me that he would contact his "tint guy" to check and get back to me. His exact words were "we have you number." You have my number but must not know how to use a phone as it is now June 29th and I have not heard a thing. It is blatantly obvious that the scratches have not occurred from rolling the window down as they have not gotten worse or new ones been formed after having the windows up and down for the last two months with the better weather.

  Brought my 07 malibu in for cleaning as it was really dirty took a few hours but when I got it back I couldn't believe it was the same car it was like new.Will be going back for sure, I highly recommend fine details

  'Diane' picks up the phone. I proceed to ask if they have any availability today for a detail on my vehicle, and her response is laughter. I say, "I'm glad that it's funny to you that I am inquiring about your services". She says, "we are booking into next week". My response, "how should I know that?" Apparently, Fine Details has so much business that they can laugh at you when they are booked solid. They don't need yours. So unprofessional.

  I get that accidents happened but to just brush me off like that because you do not want to fix it or own up to it is totally unacceptable. Crappy service and crappy attitudes.
