  I had a family emergency (and I mean EMERGENCY!) and had to cancel an appointment at the last minute. I apologized profusely since I know this is "not their problem". I also offered to pay any penalty. He then decided he should lecture me on their cancellation policy. After said lecture, I cancelled all my appointments.

  He didn't seem to care. Again, I guess they have a substantial customer base and dental care isn't really all that competitive.

  Well so far... not so good!!!! My boyfriend and i have been sitting out front since just before 8am on saturday. It is now 8:39 and we finally watch two women strole in slowly with their coffees and breakfast. Its nice that they took their time to have a comfortable morning but we have been up all night eith a tooth ache and now we come here looking for hekp and we don't even want to go in!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! 0 STARS

  Went in for my initial appointment and cleaning last week. They were on time, and really took their time with me (it's been awhile). I love the digital X-rays and photos of the teeth so the dentist can show me exactly what they are talking about! Very happy with my choice to go here.

  Good dentist, but terrible service and aftercare. My wife had a tooth extracted and an infection in her gum up to her sinus. The dentist didn't prescribe antibiotics or pain killers on the day of extraction, we had to go back two days later to get the prescription. If they knew that it was infected why didn't they give her the prescription right away? Also I had a large amount of work done there and almost a year later I get informed by their admin manager that the bill wasn't covered by my benefits, really a year later. None of our family will ever go there again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

  I guess this office is very profitable and well visited because the reception person didn't seem to care that I cancelled all my appointments. His phone manner was equal to the stereotypical Hollywood reception person.
