  Excellent customer service by going above and beyond, and a beautiful and delicious product ~ the fruit was 'Fresh and yummy’ and the variety and design were wonderful. I would highly recommend the Barrie Ontario Edible Arrangements location.

  Extremely rude owner. Lied about contacting me to arrange delivery and didn't know who our order was from. Did arrange to have it re-delivered but its going to have to go in the bin now as I don't trust it. It was a gift sent on the 1st anniversary of a bereavement, which I'm sure represents a few of their orders.

  The fruit was wonderful and fresh. The service needs improvement. We were double charged when their computer malfunctioned. It has been over a week with no satisfaction. Be careful people. Manager is VERY slow in responding. I had to call him twice. Still waiting to have a satisfactory response. This is the second time we have used this place.

  Options, ordering, and payment were simple and speedy. Speaking of speedy… I could not believe this beautiful basket of fruit got to my Dad in less than an hour! AMAZING!

  I made a last minute urgent call to Edible Arrangements in Barrie, in hopes of honouring my Dad (when my plans to see him from out of town sadly fell through). I thought for sure the answer would be ‘No’ with only about an hour before closing on a special occasion like Father’s Day, but when Rommel, the manager, promptly and politely answered the phone, listened to my plea, and then said ‘Yes’ they CAN get an arrangement to my Dad the same day, I was impressed to say the least!

  We recently ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered out of the delivery area for the store. The manager went out of his way to ensure that the arrangement would be delivered on time. We are still hearing about how wonderful the 'Mother's Day/Birthday' arrangement was with all the balloons, teddy bear and how beautiful and delicious the chocolate covered strawberries were weeks later. Not to mention how pleasant and professional the driver was when he delivered them. Excellent Customer Service! Pleasant staff on the phone! Will definitely be ordering from here again!!!

  Ordered an edible arrangement for my wife on Valentine's day. After a long wait it was finally delivered at the end of the day. I later find out the arrangement was missing the plush bear I paid for. I called the store and they apologized and told me they would deliver the other half tomorrow.
