    I recently received my La Z Boy order. I LOVE IT! The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with me and understood that I couldn't decide the proper fabric choices. They have a store designer on staff who helped me put my colour scheme and design together. When it arrived everything was exactly what I wanted. Thanks LaZBoy!

    Sadly we are very disappointed in the quality and the service from this store. We are loyal customers that have spent over $14,000.00 in this store and now will no longer shop here. Our last purchase of 2 couches has caused nothing but upset and disappointment. It was suggested to us that we get the memory foam as it's the only foam that is guaranteed so we decided to have it installed in one of the couches. It cost an extra $450.00 for the couch and was a nightmare right from the start. The memory foam caused the footrests to stick open after they were up for 10 or more minutes. The only way to close them would be to stand up and push them with all of your weight. I thought at first that this was due to our carpet, and tried everything to make sure that they were not getting caught but couldn't fix the issue. The memory foam came completely apart in one seat, and we had to call someone in to repair it. He looked at the other end of the couch and explained that the design was preventing the footrests from closing. The store was prepared to replace the foam that was damaged, but I felt like I had to beg them to replace the rest of the foam with regular foam before someone got seriously hurt from having to stand to close the footrest. Note also that the middle seat was so incredibly hard that guests even commented on it. Thankfully the store finally did agree to replace the foam with the foam that was in the other couch. It took nearly 4-5 months for the foam to arrive, and the technician did a good job replacing the foam. I still felt ripped off and my husband approached the assistant manager to see if we could get a store credit for the money that we were out for the cost of the foam. The only solution that they would allow would be to come and replace the foam once more with the memory foam that we originally paid for. This was after hearing that the design of the couch would not allow a person to close the footrest without getting up. I certainly didn't want to end up back in the same boat, where I would have to stand up to close the footrest. It was bad enough that I had to beg to have that foam replaced in the first place. Customer safety or satisfaction obviously isn't important and I won't be shopping at this store in the future.

    Furniture finally arrived at 7:15. Original window was 2:30-4:30. Got a phone call announcing the delivery just before 7pm by the delivery crew.

    I'm so frustrated about our purchasing experience here. Jennifer (Salesperson) was wonderful to deal with and there it ends. After spending over 20k there, you'd think things would be looked after. We had to argue to get our delivery bumped up a week, after we waited 10 weeks for it to be ready. We had moved without furniture to our new home, as this furniture should have been ready. Hubby had surgery 11 days after we closed on the house, and we had to wait another 5 days for the furniture to be delivered. Nothing like coming home post surgery and having a lawn chair to sit down in. They got 50%+ of the order incorrect or damaged. I've now waited over 2 months for the replacements to arrive. My 2 hour window is now 2 hours past, no communication by lazy boy. I called them after an hour past the window. They were to call me back, and they didn't. They are now closed. So I've wasted a Saturday waiting for the furniture and I have no clue now if it's even coming. The furniture is fine (when they get the order right), but that store is a disaster.

    La Z Boy's delivery service is fantastic !! The drivers are polite and friendly, they were very gentle while delivering my chair and sofa. They set everything up in my space ready to use. They were not rushed and gave me an accurate 2 hour window. Thanks Very Much !!!

    Chris was very patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted. We were at the store for many hours. He gave us suggestions, but also gave us space to look around for ourselves.
