  This location is usually a busy place. There are a few high rise buildings around so they have a high traffic flow. The public restroom is something to be desired never really clean if you can even get into it. Cashiers are great always helpful and polite. Remember to bring a quarter for your shopping cart. They offer price matching as well. Always have plenty of stock on sale items also which makes it nice to only have to visit once.

  Had a run in the store owener who was extremely rude, I think he first saw me give my wife one of the granola bars out of the box we were buying, she's hypoglycemic and had low blood sugar and needed to get it up quickly or she might have passed out. Then he went and asked me where the 50% off yogurt came from because he didn't see any stickers on yogurt. I told him that I just found it, and he told me that I was lucky security wasn't there. (Really security for trying to buy yogurt 50% off?) I have been spending $100 to $125 a week at this grocery for the last 8 months, not going to happen anymore and I don't recommend other people shop there.

  I've been a customer there for many years, but I'm not sure if I'll return after today's very disappointing experience. Here is why. There's a big sign outside stating "We won't be beat" and yet when asked to do price matching this morning, I've been informed "We don't price match Giant Tiger and Shoppers". I've asked to speak to a manager and a lady by the name of Jenn showed up. She was extremely rude repeating the same information that I heard from the cashier and walking away. When I pointed out that it was rude of her to walk away when I was not done talking, she stated "I already said that Giant Tiger was excluded." I left extremely frustrated not only because of false advertising (the sign should read "We won't be beat, with some exceptions"), but mainly because of the way I was treated. Perhaps the store owner may consider re-assigning Jenn to stock the shelves as she has absolutely no customer service skills.

  It's clean and safe. It's No Frills so don't expect a palace. They might have what you want or maybe not. It depends on what other Loblaws stores might have excess of from one day to the next. Shop there often, and never mind the decor.
