    I’ve been working out here for 6 years and I have zero complaints. The gym is always kept clean and the atmosphere is unrivalled by any other gym in the region. My only suggestion is to replace the dry sauna with a steam room.

    It's my personal gym, the equipment is pretty well maintained and there is a wide selection. All in all a great gym.

    Person below is completely right why is there no goodlife's up north... and closest one in between is in North Bay! Wasaga beach is also in between but too far west!

    Too many juicers at this place. Patrons are F%@ING crazy. I saw one baboon throw a dumbbell clear across the free weight area as someone had the audacity to use the power rack when he wasn't there. Staff did nothing about - not sure if it was out of fear or complacency. The apes are very territorial here and they do their best to intimidate. Change rooms are not the cleanest. The facility is a bit small. For the price you can get a much better fitness club elsewhere.

    Goodlife is my daily go to. Convenient because of the multiple locations and the members are often much more serious then at other gyms. Makes for a good lifting environment.
