  This is a no frills type of facility, very basic gym however the Fit Factory class leader is amazing and motivates very well.

  Our son loves Empire MMA. As parents we love it because of the discipline and structure of the classes. It is like family here, where the kids are learning skills that they can take with them for the rest of their lives.

  My first impression of this place was great, my boyfriend really enjoyed the classes and the teachers, however because he’s in the military and often leaves for a couple of months at a time, he decided to cancel while he’s away so he wouldn’t be charged for a service he’s not using. Well, despite having gone in multiple times to cancel, they keep charging him. My boyfriend has called several times and received no calls back, he’s emailed several times but gotten no emails back, and he’s gone in twice now and spoken with the owner, and yet this issue has still not been resolved. It’s been roughly 3 months at this point, it’s been absolutely ridiculous.

  Very unprofessional gym. They don't honor their own contract. Communicating with the business office is impossible. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. They over billed my account $440 and i had to get the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services after them to get my money back. See Yelp reviews for another guy who got screwed.

  The only problem & major problem with this place is the lack of attention to detail, website has outdated schedule, they never respond to emails or phone calls, and the hours of the gym are not always honored. The flexibility is poor, since the gym doesn't have good equipment for a good work out on your own.
