    I'm freaking upset here, they didn't complete the taking-in for my dress by the due date to pick-up, I now have to go shopping with a day for the event tomorrow!

    A year or so ago I would have given 5 stars. I've always brought my dress clothes for dry cleaning, ties, pant hemming and more to them but over the past year quality has been going down. 2 recent pairs of pants have had one pant leg hem come out of them and had a zipper replacement on dress pants that had horrible stitching, stitching is coming apart and you can definitely tell something was fixed in the crotch area. Very disappointed.

    Isn't the customer supposed to be right? Not at this place. The staff are not friendly, and shouldn't be arguing with the customers over a coupon. This place has really slow service too.

    Absolutely fantastic service! My hems were completed on time and professionally done. Great price and the most friendly service I've had in awhile.
