  Staff are amazing and very helpfull. However I would like to see a greater selection of food for tropical fish . Like pellets. They have a great selection of filters and pumps for smaller tanks but unfortunately they have nothing for my larger tanks.

  Staff is super knowledgeable, ultra friendly. They give you space to breath so you dont feel jumped on either, but are there is you need them. Love that store.

  I just took my puppy for the 2nd time to the groomers at Pet Smart on Bayfield. She is very nervous going to the vet or any other groomer, but was perfectly okay with the ladies here! They took such good care of her and were so gentle. Alianna, Courtney and Debbie took care of her and they were all FANTASTIC! I wold recommend them to all of my family and friends. I will not go anywhere else for grooming. Thank you,

  The grooming services at the Bayfield location are super. I would highly recommend taking your pets. Both you and your pet are treated with a professional and kind staff.

  Re Grooming. The first time I brought my dog in to the North end location he was still wet when I picked him up and his nail was bleeding because they cut the quick. I decided to give it another shot because the location was still New the first time and I hoped that the groomers would be better by now. The North end location would be more convenient for me. Upon drop off today I explained that my dog gets very nervous at the groomers but is really good while being bathed, brushed etc. But within half an hour of dropping him off I receive a call from them that my dog has been taken to a vets office because he was panting hard (hang on you took him to the vet before you called me)! Hello I told you he gets nervous! I drive to the vet office (which is not his regular vet), and my dog is fine his usual nervous panting (he’s nervous at the vet too), he has been this way his entire life and I have been bringing him to the South end location PetSmart his entire life (14 Years). I drove from Oro to bring my dog in, what a waste of time! Within 10 mins in my car on the drive home my dog was no longer panting completely back to normal. Brutal!
