  The worst pharmacy. Only one person is doing her job. The rest of the staff are very incompetent. I stayed there for 2 years and a half since we moved to Barrie because my doctors office was in the same building. For the past 2 years and a half, their service was terrible. I would always call for a re-fill of my prescriptions for pick up. Whenever I go there either it’s not ready or they will tell me that they don’t have my meds. yet, they never bother telling me over the phone or have the courtesy to call me and tell me that they don’t have it. This happened in several occasions. One time they gave me the wrong strips for my glucometer, went back there then they gave me an expired replacement. I just found out when I came home. So I have to go back there again. I know people makes mistakes, I do too, not just once. But this pharmacy, they didn’t improved over the years. I never heard anybody apologized for their incompetence. I had it with them. I was very patient for the past years. I just went to a different pharmacy today to transferred all of my family’s prescriptions. I am a diabetic who’s insulin dependent and on oral meds. too. My husband has regular prescriptions of his cream. That right there is about 2,000/month less income for your business because of your very poor service.
