  I attended this school and it had many petty student complaints with very few actual problems. I'd recommend students from out of the area attend this highschool if that was the way secondary education worked.

  Her English teacher is obsessed with anything depressing...she decided that abuse was a good English topic (without parental consent), now my daughter (a victim of years of psychological, emotional, mental, physical, and verbal abuse from her father) is reliving the trama she went through all over again!

  On a brighter note, there are a handful of teachers that are quite considerate, and the guidance department is great.

  I attended this school from 1979 the year it was built ,had an excellent full service food program which launched 30 year career as a chef,also a awesome music program.

  My daughter went for an orthodontist appt and her dance teacher repeatedly accused her of skipping...without actual proof of her skipping. A bit judgemental!

  Do yourself a favour and commute to a different school. The staff in positions of authority are truly awful. After having a confidential conversation with one of the female staff members (she shall not be named), she was very quick to pass along my personal situation to fellow students. This spread very quickly, and led me to do the rest of my highschool career online. This greatly hindered my education. I am now in a double major program at university, struggling to learn the topics I missed through e-learning, and would have otherwise gained from continuing an in-class education-- one i was unable to receive.
