  Edit : the manager called when the shoe was done, she apologized for the issue and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. She was very nice. I am adjusting my rating to 3 stars. Thanks

  Should've stayed across the hall at soft moc. Popped my head in here while the wife and kids were looking around elsewhere. Couldn't believe the cost for unknown shoe brands. So being an educated consumer decided to look into these brands that had sparked my curiosity. Some of the products looked to have been of good quality, however; nothing could be found on these brands. Numerous poor customer service reviews from multiple locations and even a very poor Better Business Bureau review on this company. Glad I dodged this bullet. Guess it pays to stick with known retailers and not these seemingly fly by night operations.

  I love this store the girls who work here are great and super funny , they always make me feel important and i have a great time shopping, i love love love my boots will be back soon :)

  Who is Jason Smith? Last I checked with labor laws, confidentiality, and slander. It appears this Jason Smith has quite the law suit against Shumaker. I'll have my correspondents in labor board and my lawyer friends look into this. Then have them do a probono case for this gentleman. Obviously owner of Shumaker you shouldn't be an employer if you can't even grasp the basic principles of business and the laws that surround them. You sir are what is wrong with this country. I hope my associates come up with enough information to put you out of business or have enough fines to teach you a lesson. On business ethics and morals, none which you seem to possess after reading numerous reviews on your company and your imbicilc replies. You sir/ma'am are truly dirt.

  First time shopper and will definitely be coming back! The ladies working there are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The shoes that I tried on were also comfortable and more than reasonably priced.

  If there is a negative star I would give them. My wife put a pair of boots on hold and I picked them up later. I got home to find out that they gave us defective ones. Went back the second day to exchange with a good one to find out that the receipt was stamped Final Sale, I was not told and my wife was not told the boots were final sale. The girl from the first day was very nice but the girl from the second day was very "impolite". Worst customer service ever.
