    Next.....3 months after getting the phone the screen goes black. I bring it in and they send it away on warranty.....2 weeks later still haven't heard from them. Call Virgin and am told I have to drive to the mall store daily to check on the status......speak to a manager after waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, hanging up and calling back. He tells me the phone has been sitting in the store for who knows how long. Go to the store where the girl explains she was on holiday so I didn't get a call to pick up my phone......lol.

    Not happy at all with this store! First was told I got a new tablet as a trade in for the phone I was trading in as it was in great shape. Sounds great......until I found out they had added an additional 15$ onto my bill per month on a 2 year contract. What a con. Spoke to them about it and my only option was to pay it out.......so the 'free' tablet ends up costing about 400$.

    After the customer service I just received I will not be able to recommend going to that location. Not only the one guy that told me no, but the other 2 workers just standing there and could of helped a person out.

    Not sure what the other person is complaining about. We've had nothing but great service from this company, online and in person. Great plans and no issues whatsoever.

    I used to work for Virgin and would never have done that to a customer. Especially just for a Sim.

    Needed a Nano SIM. Drive 45mins to get there. Roads were very icy so didn't make it in time before closing. Customers still in the store and door open. Asked if it would be possible to get a Nano SIM and would call to activate, so as not to take their time and he said no. Said cash is closed, but then saw them cashing out the customer while still on the system.

    They conned me into a con-tract but after this is up I am looking elsewhere. Just another Bell company.......they want lots of money for as little output as possible. When I find a company with true customer service that is where I will be!

    Visited store in Georgian Mall. Found the staff there friendly and very helpful. I've been a customer for 2 yrs and am very happy.

    Not a happy customer. I always recommended going to Virgin Mobile store for service. We used to go above and beyond for our customers said that's not the case anymore. I could have just went to The Source in my town and got a sim.

    Not a busy shop, overpriced, the staff doesn't seem to be knowledgeable, just trying to sell you everything
