  Prices are absolutely ridiculous. They don’t actually care for your animals and they make it seem like some sort of sale pitch. I told them I wasn’t paying 2,000 for something that wasn’t needed to be done and was pushed on it multiple times. They gave me little information for the couple hundred I did pay and left us pretty much with nothing to help. I wouldn’t recommend them to a single person.

  Dr Duff is the most caring and patient vet we have ever met. The whole team are amazing, and so is the facility.

  Couldn't be less impressed. After 2 visits and $600 plus our dog is worse. The 1st 2 vets we saw wouldn't listen and seemed to just care about upping the size of the bill. The 3rd visit the vet totally agreed with what we'd been saying the entire time and for a small fee of ANOTHER $500 more plus tax would happily treat the issue. Now we have a bloody dog, our 1 year old daughter has a terrible rash from our dog not being properly treated and we can't afford to do anything about it thanks to the $600 of ours they already got for nothing. Super impressed! Our dog, our daughter and the entire family thanks you O'Sullivan. Great work. We switched to them because of their hours but the quality of service is why we aren't staying. Unfortunately we are not alone in our experience here. Highly recommended you take your loved ones elsewhere. I get it, animals don't talk and there fore its hard to treat them at times...We can and were talking but no one wanted to listen until we were breaking the $1000 mark. Suddenly we were right all along. Can't help but feeling like the clients are scammed to help pay for their fancy facilities. I feel scammed.

  This was the best care our dog got. The staff was friendly and the prices are on par. Knowing they are a 24/7 hospital for your pet put the mind at ease. Will go no place else...

  For people complaining about the cost of a vet please read your tax return thoroughly every year OR get pet insurance. O Sullivans is a nice place to take your animal. Lots of staff being available provides you with help in a timely manner. If your animal is not doing well you can be assured a vet will be able to assess them quickly. Follow up calls and the staff at the front desk go above and beyond.
